the building's architecture is beautiful. the outdoor pool's design is excellent. the new playground is a lot of fun for children. the games room provided a source of entertainment. i appreciated the soundproofing in the room.

The room provided ample space, it included a lounge area. i found the bed comfortable. the bathroom featured a big walk-in shower. The child-friendly storage space was more than adequate for our needs.

The hotel offers both an indoor and outdoor pool. spa facilities are available, i found them clean and well-furnished. there is a leafy playground. the hotel also features a library for relaxation. The various nooks provided a peaceful escape.

The staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. they thoughtfully provided extra milk in the room, i greatly appreciated that. the manager at breakfast did an excellent job. Staff actively included the children.

i found a warm welcome. the two-bedroom family room had an extra room, a good surprise. the room was clean and well-equipped, even with a yoto player with audiobooks. milk and cookies were a thoughtful touch each evening for the children.
the pool was a bit small and only 1.1m deep, so jumping was not really an option for older kids.

the hotel sits above the town. this positioning gives beautiful views across the estuary and out to sea. it is a great base to explore local scenery and attractions.

Diane made my son's birthday super special with a banner and balloons. Every staff member wished him a happy birthday. I appreciated that touch! My son had the best time at The Den's 2-hour childcare. It was complimentary and really excellent.
Our room was quite hot. The fan controls did not work well! I needed to open the French doors to cool down the room. That wasn't ideal. One of the badminton rackets broke while in use. The head flew off.

Acceptable Room, Disappointing Service

The room had adequate space and comfortable beds.
The check-in process was slow and disorganized! I waited over 30 minutes even though I arrived during off-peak hours, and the staff seemed indifferent. The room wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival! There was dust on the furniture, and I found hair in the bathroom. the promised sea view was partially obstructed by trees.

the room, beautiful double or twin room pool view, was so super clean, i cant even tell you! i opened the window and the pool view was like a painting, . the gym had three treadmills so i could keep up with my runs, that was amazing!
the tv remote had some trouble connecting on day one.
